Severide’s Stolen Ride: A Chicago Fire Story of Courage and Sacrifice

It all starts with Severide working a quiet night shift, engrossed in cleaning equipment, when the unthinkable happens – three gunmen silently infiltrate the firehouse.

Back at Firehouse 51, Stella Kidd and the rest of the firefighters discover the theft of their beloved Truck 81.

Finding Severide’s abandoned cell phone, Stella’s heart sinks. Knowing her husband, she immediately senses something is terribly wrong. With the truck’s radio disabled, the firefighters find themselves unable to track their stolen engine.  The fear and worry in Stella’s eyes is palpable. The viewers can feel her desperation and helplessness, further fueling the episode’s tension.

Luckily, Ritter’s romantic connection with a police officer offers a glimmer of hope.
