CBS The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that several new characters have appeared recently. Perhaps it’s due to the new cast additions and the departure of longtime actors.

Remember the episode where Steffy had to travel to Monte Carlo for work with Brooke and Ridge, but she couldn’t find her passport?

The airline employee, Duce Stevens, played by actor Arnold, was waiting for Steffy to present her papers to board the plane.

Steffy searched everywhere, shuffling through all her belongings, but her passport was nowhere to be found.

Duce, being aware of who Steffy is—part of the famous Forrester family—was patient and understanding, knowing the importance of the business trip to her.

However, rules are rules, and since she didn’t have her passport, Duce had no choice but to keep her grounded as the flight to Monte Carlo took off on schedule.

Though sorry, Duce hoped Steffy would understand he was just doing his job.

Their brief encounter was quite impressive, but will Duce Stevens only appear in such a minor plot? Of course not! He’ll continue to play a role in future storylines.

Soon, Duce will have a meeting with Steffy’s husband, Finn. However, this has nothing to do with Steffy. Duce and Steffy met by chance, and that’s where their connection ends.

Duce, being a pilot, probably needs a checkup from Finn to ensure his health is stable. This provides a convenient excuse for Finn to stay out of the ongoing Hope-Steffy conflict if Brooke asks for his involvement.

In addition to Duce, another new character will also appear—April, a lab worker played by Jameson Belushi, the real-life daughter of comedy superstar Jim Belushi.

Her appearance is highly anticipated. April will be at Finn’s office delivering test results, which is when she and Duce will meet for the first time.

Perhaps Duce will be impressed by April and want to see her again. He might even ask Finn for April’s contact information. Could there be a new couple forming in Los Angeles soon? Stay tuned to find out!
