There have been rumors floating around for a while that the soap actress was looking to come back full time.  In the mean time, she landed an exciting new gig on Lifetime.

Ashley Jones’ New Gig

Every time the Forrester Family ends up in the hospital waiting room, Bridget Forrester makes an appearance.  Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) isn’t the only doctor in the family!

Ashley Jones recently went on Instagram to discuss her recent scenes on Bold & Beautiful, then she revealed she has a new movie premiering in September.

Ashley Jones just finished filming AND producing a new Lifetime Ripped From The Headlines movie titled, “The Girl Who Survived: The Alina Thompson Story.”

Jones teased on her Instagram account, “I can’t tell you how happy I am to talk about it!  It’s an 80s period true crime piece that my partner Pierre David and I have nurtured from the ground up. We took it to Lifetime over a year ago. I really thought this could be special. And here we are! Very proud to have produced this one with an amazing team.”

“The Girl Who Survived: The Alina Thompson Story.”  is set to air on Lifetime on September 20th, mark your calendars!

Is Bridget Sticking Around

Currently on The Bold and the Beautiful, Bridget Forrester’s ex Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) returned after over a decade.  Viewers are hoping that the writers keep Bridget on the canvas to battle her mother over the Captain this summer.
