Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was willing to do whatever was necessary to save his son’s life. He was shellshocked by Liam’s condition. He had no idea he was dying from a brain tumor.

The surgery was a success, giving him a great chance at survival and living a normal life. But is it possible that Liam’s personality could change after the surgery?

Liam Spencer’s Surgery Success

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Grace performs a secret experimental surgery. After the surgery, Grace and Bill move Liam to a secret location away from the hospital.

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) doesn’t know where her ex-husband is and unravels. She demands to know where they moved him, but Bill stays tight-lipped.

While Liam’s surgery was a success, many B&B viewers suspect that Bill’s son will have a shift in his personality. Perhaps he will recover from surgery and be more aggressive like his dad.

Hope Logan & Steffy Forrester’s Heartbreak

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Steffy have stood at Liam’s bedside, praying for his full recovery.

Both claim that they are happy in their relationships, Steffy with Dr John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Hope with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).

They put their beef with each other aside for Liam’s benefit. Steffy and Hope both knew that the last thing Liam needed was the women fighting while he was fighting for his life. It wouldn’t have helped him at all.

Will Liam Spencer Have A Personality Change?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Liam could have a personality change after his surgery. He could become more like Bill, aggressive and ready to be a cutthroat businessman.

Bill has complained for many years about how soft Liam was. He called him a “tofu tree-hugging hippie.” But now, that could all change.

Then there is the possibility that Liam could have amnesia and not remember that he divorced Hope or Steffy. His brain could believe that he was married to one of the women, causing significant stress for the ex-wives’ relationships.
