The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Everyone Is A Suspect In Damian’s Murder, Phyllis & Cane Keep A Secret

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, July 15 show that Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) murder in Nice, France takes an ugly twist as Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) have a secret to keep between them.

After seeing Cane holding Damian, who has a knife in his back, Phyllis is thunderstruck. Will this be the way that Cane exerts control over her and demands her loyalty as to what she’s witnessed?

Cane has got to worry about being accused of stabbing his ex employee. Then, when he is unable to revive him, he realizes that he has got to get Phyllis under control.

Cane Needs Phyllis’ Allegiance

How persuasive can Cane be in order to get Phyllis’ help in exonerating him as a suspect? Phyllis may see this unfortunate incident as a great way to sidle up to Cane and get into his murky world. We predict that these two schemers form an alliance that is mutually beneficial to both of them.

Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) was summoned to Nice by Cane who claimed that someone wanted to kill him. Before he starts questioning people, Cane could convince Carter (Vincent Stalba) to back him up and twist the facts to suit his case.

But, if virtuous Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) or someone else equally inclined, sees Cane panicking then he may be sunk.

Who is the Stabber?

We don’t know the stabber’s identity yet, and when Phyllis sees Nick after her episode with Cane, she interrogates him. She sees that Nick is nervous and wants to know what he saw.
All of this questioning could lead

Nick to suspect that Phyllis knows more than she’s revealing. Nick knows Red inside and out and vice versa, so it will be hard for these two to hide something from each other.

Nick is already worried about Phyllis’ partnership with Cane, the stabbing will only cause more alarm bells to go off for him.

Is Cane a Killer’s Accomplice?

Everyone is itching to get out of the overgrown maze, but this crime stalls their plans–Chance needs to investigate this mess before anyone can leave. Soon enough, Chance declares that Damian was murdered, and he considers most everyone to be a possible suspect.

Spoiler alert: The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that when Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) learns of Damian’s stabbing, she goes berserk!
