The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for Monday, July 28, 2025! Fans can expect there to be one more death at the chateau in Nice.

That forces Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) to try to maintain law and order. Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) make decisions to protect their family.

Another French Death

Let’s begin with the death that happens at the chateau. Fans know that Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) was already murdered.

Now, Carter (Vincent Stabla) has tried to hold Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) hostage.

During a scuffle in trying to escape, Nick was badly injured. Thankfully, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) saved the day.\

Then, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) demands answers from Carter. After Carter confesses, everyone will try to make a move. However, Carter pulls out a gun and takes Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) hostage!

It seems that Carter will be the one who dies. He seems to be the only expendable character.

Chance Chancellor’s Challenge

After the death, there will be chaos. Chance might not be an official detective in France, but he does know how to maintain law and order.

Chance will also want to be sure no bodies or evidence is touched until French authorities arrive.

Nick Newman’s Past

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, July 28 reveal that Nick and Sharon will discuss their past.

While their history is long and complicated, they have always been there for each other. So, maybe Nick and Sharon could talk about what comes next. Will they try to rekindle their relationship?

There is also Nikki finding out about Victor’s deal with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Then, Claire and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will share the news that Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) died while everyone was away.

There is also Cane’s alliance with Holden Novak (Nathan Owens). It seems that after Nice, Cane could return to GC with some new plans. So, what is going to happen next with these characters?
