The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Nick Arrested, Cane Destroys The Evidence That Cleared Him?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is in a world of trouble.

Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) remains determined to get Nick arrested for Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) murder. It’s clear Nick didn’t do it, but someone planted the knife in his train car. It doesn’t look good for the Newman golden boy.

If that’s not bad enough, Cane appears to delete security footage. Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) catches him in the act, and Cane recovers, asking if she deleted the key evidence. Now, they wonder who could have deleted the security footage. If neither one of them did it, that only leaves his right-hand man, Carter (Vincent Stalba).

Nick Newman’s Arrested For Damian Kane’s Murder

In a strange turn of events, Nick is suspected of murdering Damian. It doesn’t help matters that someone, probably Carter, framed Nick for the murder. Someone planted the knife in Nick’s train box car.

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Carter shows up at Nick’s train box car with a security guard. They plan to arrest Nick for Damian’s murder. They believe all the evidence lines up to Nick being the killer.

Victor Newman (Eric Breaden) absolutely doesn’t believe his son is a killer. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) isn’t so sure that Nick isn’t capable of murder. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) also believes Cane’s evidence is compelling and could mean Nick was guilty.

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is team Nick, all the way. She is confident that Nick wasn’t involved with Damian’s murder.

Cane Ashby Destroys Key Evidence?

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Amanda walks into the office and sees Cane looking at the security footage. Amanda questions Cane, asking him if he is deleting evidence. She cautions him against it, thinking it could help them find Damian’s killer.

Cane explains that he didn’t delete any footage. He asks Amanda if she did, which she denies. That only leaves one person who could have deleted the footage – Carter!

Amanda wonders why Carter would delete the footage. She believes that evidence would clear up the killing of Damian, and feels uncomfortable about the missing evidence.

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Cane will double down on his quest to get Nick on the hook for Damian’s murder. He will make sure Nick is arrested and facing legal charges for the stabbing. The question remains: Can Victor get Nick out of trouble this time?
