The Young and the Restless spoilers hint at Victoria Newman experiencing a blend of fear and anticipation following a phone call from Claire Grace in the April 25 episode.

The lingering effects of Jordan’s ordeal keep Victoria in a state of conflicting emotions.

Since Victoria feared Claire might be deceased after Jordan’s revenge plot, the fact that she heard Claire’s voice will be a huge relief in some ways.

This is the first sign of life that Victoria’s received throughout this whole ordeal, so she should be grateful.

At the same time, Victoria will worry since Claire was clearly in distress and trying to reach her mom for help.

That’ll let Victoria know that Claire needs urgent assistance due to whatever situation Jordan has left her in.

Victoria may admit to Cole Howard and Nikki Newman that she could just barely hear Claire on the other end of the line.

Since Claire couldn’t divulge her whereabouts, there may not be a lot to go on.

Of course, it’s possible Claire will call back and try again.

Even if the connection isn’t much better the second time around, Claire might manage to get a few more words out that could offer clues about her location.

Perhaps Victor Newman could help by having his people investigate and try to figure out exactly where that call came from.

It’s possible Jordan trapped Claire in a remote area, where she’s just managed to break free of her restraints.

Now that Claire has somehow gained access to a phone, the service is apparently terrible.

It’ll hinder the search for Claire, but Victoria and Cole certainly won’t give up on finding their daughter.

Harrison Abbott might remember something that could help with the Claire hunt, so we’ll see if he can tell Kyle Abbott some news to pass along to Cole and Victoria.

At the very least, it’s nice that Harrison has confirmed Claire was a victim in all this and not Jordan’s accomplice.

The Young and the Restless fans knew Claire was abducted from the get-go, but the characters needed some clarification on that.

As for where Claire is now, there’s a chance Victor will be able to pry some updates out of Jordan, who’s become his secret hostage.

Regardless, Victoria and Cole may take the lead when it comes to Claire’s rescue in the end.

It seems likely Cole and Victoria will come through for Claire when it counts and show her just how much she can rely on her parents!
