Sunday’s series finale of Paramount Network’s Yellowstone (recapped here) tied up a barnful of loose ends. Dutton family patriarch John was laid to rest next to his beloved wife, Evelyn. Beth was

finally able to send loathed adopted brother Jamie to the train station. She and husband Rip started over at a new ranch while her father’s land was sold to the Confederated Tribes of Broken Rock.

Happy endings were also given out to Kayce, who was at last able to ditch his Livestock Commissioner badge, Ryan, who reunited with Abby, and Teeter, who relocated to Texas to learn to be a

horse trainer alongside Jimmy. Walker and Laramie headed for the Lone Star State as well, while Lloyd elected not to follow Beth and Rip to their new place. “If I can’t cowboy here” at the Yellowstone, the old-timer said, “I’d rather not do it at all.”
